Return To Golf

At last we can begin to see some light at the end of the tunnel with regard to return to golf. Lady Captain Maura and Mens Captain Sean are looking forward to welcoming our members back on the course from next Monday 26th April. In the initial phase it will be open to members only from no more than 2 household's and people can only travel within their county or within 20 kilometers of their home to play golf. All members have been sent an email detailing the protocol's as advised by Golf Ireland we would urge everyone to familiarise themselves with the various requirements and to abide by this and signage on course in order to keep us all safe while getting back to playing this beautiful game we all love so well. Our course and clubhouse and surroundings have been excellently maintained and also members will be delighted with some of the work done around the club such as a new handrail installed on the 2nd tee also a new 8th ladies tee will be ready for the reopening. Our bunkers have also been getting some much needed attention.


Upgrade to Booking system

To help with the new World handicap system it has been necessary to upgrade our IT systems.The BRS will no longer be used for booking tee times it will be necessary for members to sign up to a new version called ClubV1 Members Hub which allows members to control every aspect of their membership, from booking tee slots to paying their membership.If members are having any issues with setting this up please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Juvenile Captain

Congratulations to Colin Farrelly on being appointed Juvenile Captain for 2021 we wish him well and that he will enjoy his year.


New Marketing Newsletter

Thanks to our Vice-Captain Kieran Horan who has set up a new communications committee and under his guidance a quarterly Newsletter will be going out to members giving updates on various aspects of our club. The first one is due out this week.


Club Fundraiser

We would ask that members continue to support this very worthwhile Fundraiser and to ask their friends to join up money raised goes towards various projects in our club.It is easy to join @€2 per line or 3 lines for €5.Jackpot rises to €5000 Their is also a weekly lucky dip.winner.
